Sentence Summary Completion IELTS Listening Guide is a form of writing that requires filling in the blanks to complete a given sentence / summary. This is a regular form that can occur in all parts of the Listening format.

STEP 1: READ THE QUESTION CAREFULLY AND DETERMINING THE NUMBER FROM ALLOWED TO BE FILLED

Note:

ONE WORD ONLY – Enter a single word
You are only allowed to enter one word. For example, if you enter “a pen” your answer will be wrong, you have to write “pen”

ONE WORD AND / OR A NUMBER – Enter a word and / or a number
Your answer may be a word, a number, or a word and a number. For example: September, or 12th, or 12th September

STEP 2: READ THE AVAILABLE INFORMATION AND BRICK KEYWORD BRICK

Before listening, take a quick look at the section where the Note is available, especially pay attention to reading the big headlines and the small headlines to get to know what you’re about to hear. If small titles appear, prioritize reading them first and focus on the information related to them when listening.
